Following the launch of the HESA/HEI User Group two meetings have taken place at HESA and the group is now fully established. Terms of Reference have been agreed and a number of productive discussions have taken place.

The HESA training programme for 2010/11 has now been announced. Included within the programme are seminars on the Student, Staff, EMS and DLHE Records, as well as post-collection review workshops and a Student Record specialist seminar on postgraduate provision.
