The fields below require completion for FE instances. Those fields which are FE specific are highlighted in bold and contained within the separate listing. Please note that not all fields are required to be completed by all institutions; country-specific requirements are indicated.
* Optional* - English institutions indicate in Institution.INSTAPP whether they have opted to return data in fields Instance.LOADYRA, Instance.LOADYRB and StudentOnModule.MODYR.
Country specific exceptions for FE level instance
CourseSubject entity is not required for institutions in England or Wales where a code other than '66666666' exists in Course.FEQAIMC
Student.SCN is applicable to non-UCAS entrants only at institutions in Scotland.
Student.TTACCOM is unlikely to be triggered for FE level instances at institutions in England or Wales because of specific MODE codes
QualificationsAwarded.CLASS is not required for FE level instances at institutions in NI or Scotland
StudentOnModule.MODOUT and StudentOnModule.MODSTAT. Default codes may be used for FE level instances at institutions in England, NI or Scotland.
