HESA's bespoke training service is an innovative way of training your staff conveniently and cost effectively. One of the many benefits to choosing a bespoke visit is that the training is designed entirely around your own specifications and institutional needs. In addition, if your institution is considering sending several colleagues to one of the training sessions (as listed in the training seminars page), a bespoke training visit may offer a more personalised, cost effective alternative.
The location of the training is entirely up to you. It can be delivered at the HESA office in Cheltenham, in-house at your own institution or at a time and location to suit you. We provide all training materials needed in support of your own selection from our wide range of sessions, all of which are facilitated by experienced trainers.
To assist you with your booking a detailed list has been completed based on our most commonly requested sessions. The duration noted against each session is a guide only and we are happy to adjust the content and timings to suit your institution's own individual needs. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the training team so we can discuss your requirements. Whilst the most commonly requested sessions have been noted below, we are happy to discuss your training requirements outside of the sessions listed.

This documentation will be the focal point for discussion and advice. This service can be the main focus for your visit or can be incorporated into a bespoke training visit in conjunction with the above sessions.
