2011/12 Staff and Student

 

The C11025 Staff record and C11051 Student record Pre-Collection Validation (early) Systems are now open at https://submit.hesa.ac.uk. Access and PIN codes have been sent to record contacts in order to allow users to register for the system.

The Pre-Collection Validation Systems have been implemented solely to help institutions identify problems in their data at an early stage. Data submitted to the systems will not be retained by HESA or forwarded to statutory customers.

Staff system

The Staff Pre-Collection Validation System provides an INSERT transaction and a simplified COMMIT transaction. The full range of COMMIT reports (check documentation, staff muster list etc.) will not be implemented until the main data collection system opens in August.

Student system 

The Student Pre-Collection Validation System provides an INSERT transaction and a simplified COMMIT transaction. The full range of COMMIT reports (check documentation, HIN etc.) will not be implemented until the main data collection system opens in August.
