Validation Errors – Number, Text and Cell Reference

23001 - Ethnicity code ‘White Scottish’ can only be used by Scottish institutions

23003 - If count of staff (no. column) >0 then the FTE in the corresponding cell must be >0 and vice versa.

23005 - FTE must not be >200.0 per person
