An opportunity has arisen for an Estates Management Statistics (EMS)
Implementation Adviser to provide specialist advice and support across
a number of HESA&amp;#39;s functional areas as EMS is implemented. The post
will be for a fixed term period of 12 months and as such may be an
excellent secondment opportunity from a higher education institution
for someone keen to develop their experience more broadly in the sector.


We are offering the opportunity for a student to join our Information
Services team on a 12 month work experience placement commencing in
June or July 2010. In the role of Information Analyst you will provide
data about the UK higher education sector to customers.

Following collation of the responses received to a consultation about DLHE-related systems and processes held in December 2008, HESA will be discontinuing the April DLHE Target List system from 2009/10. 

To assist institutions in identifying those graduates to be included in the April DLHE survey HESA will again publish a simple algorithm that can be used by institutions to compile their April DLHE population.
