File Structure - DLHE April Target List / POPDLHE

The downloadable file produced from the DLHE April Target List System and the POPDLHE file produced from the Student Record have the same structure. Files are produced in XML format (support will be available for converting XML files to CSV format).

New fields Instance.RCSTDNT and Course.COURSEID have been added to the files and Institution’s own programme identifier (OWNPSD) has been removed, as it is no longer collected in the Student Record. Data transaction and Line number have also been removed from the files as these concepts no longer apply. Fields have been re-ordered and field lengths updated for example, QualificationsAwarded.QUAL has increased from 2 characters to 3.
