Aggregate offshore record 2008/09

Version 1.3 Produced 2009-07-09

This version includes the addition of the web version of Check documentation to the Data collection section, and the Nil return sign-off slip (PDF) to the Downloadable files section. There has also been a minor consistency edit to the valid entry label descriptions for Provision.LEVEL (no change to valid entry codes or label meaning).
