I would like to know what data HESA holds on me
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you are entitled to know what information we hold about you. To do this you will need to complete a Subject Access Request Form and pay a
£10 administration fee. To receive a Subject Access Request Form please send your name and postal address to the email address below with the subject as 'Subject Access
Request'. You can also use any of the other contact details.
Once we have received your completed form we will send you all the information we have about you within 40 days.
