If in section 2 of the model questionaire the employment is described as fixed term but no termination date is given, assume a termination date after 30/9/97. If it is understood that the employment is open-ended use code 3, 'Terminates after 30 September 1997/Not a fixed term employment'. For 1996-97 the valid entries will be; 1 Terminates in the period up to 31 March 1998. 2 Terminates between 01 April 1998 and 30 September 1998. 3 Terminates after 30 September 1998/Not a fixed term employment. 9 Not known. |
