Staff collection 2011-2012 (C11025)

• Rule 1976 BIRTHDTE : If BIRTHDTE<>99991231 or <>19010101 then BIRTHDTE must be before 19960801. [Was 19950801]
• Rule 2045 DATEFHEI must contain a date in the format YYYYMMDD, or be 99991231.[No change to rule - code corrected to reject incorrectly formatted default date]

• Rule 1963 PREVHEI [XXXX and 4001 removed from rule text as they are now included as valid entries] : PREVHEI must contain a valid code (see coding manual for all valid entries)

• Rule 2611 CONFTE [New rule] : if (ENDCON > 20110731) and (ENDCON is not 99991231) for this contract, then CONFTE must not be 100.0
• Rule 2077 : SALREF [amended boundary value for warning] : if SALREF is < 0004500, has the annual full-time equivalent salary being returned?
