Changes:
- Rule 1460 locemp : fixed 'program has stopped working' error when
postcode was prefixed by a space. this will now be reported as failure
of this rule.
- Fixed 'program has stopped working' error when being run against
unexpected type of data file (e.g. bitmap). this will now be reported as
validation failure.
- On the following rules there have been minor corrections to the rule text, with no change to the meaning or the functionality:-
- Rule 1659 CAREER1 : if METHOD is coded (6 or 7) this field must be
coded x if any of CAREER2, CAREER3, CAREER5, CAREER9, CAREER10, CAREER11
or CAREER12 are coded X
- Rule 1459 SALARY : if SALARY contains a value greater than 075000, check if genuine
- Rule 1686 EMSPNS1 : if METHOD is coded (1, 2, or 5-7) this field must
be coded X if any of EMSPNS2, EMSPNS3, EMSPNS4 or EMSPNS5 are coded X
- Similar changes to rules 1687-90 on fields EMSPNS2, 3, 4 and 5.
