The University of Bolton mis-reported some sections of the
2010/11 EMS return. These figures have been suppressed from the main
table. Corrected figures are as follows:
D38a.C01b Energy consumption Total HEI – Gas (kWh): 8986878
D38a.C01c Energy consumption Total HEI – Electricity (kWh):
4258023
D38a.C13 Energy consumption Total Non-Residential (kWh):
9816594
D38a.C14 Energy consumption Residential (kWh): 3428307
D38c.C14 Energy emissions Residential (Kg CO2): 885255
The FTE staff Total HEI for The Open University and University of London (Institutes and activities) appear blank within the data, this is due to some component parts of this total being returned as blank rather than zero. We have summed the component parts returned by these HEIs to give the following FTE: The Open University 4519.6 and University of London (Institutes and activities) 1057. Staff FTE is not a mandatory item within the EMS return so all other HEIs with blank Staff FTE have chosen not to supply this data.
