Employment.EMPHOURS must exist where Employment.EMPPAYPERIOD = 4 and Employment.EMPPAY exists and Employment.EMPCURRENCY does not equal 2.

Where the leaver in the DLHE population is working in the UK, Channel islands or Isle of Man and (Student.ALLACT = 1 and no occurrence of Student.ALLACT = 2) Employment.EMPHOURS should not be less than 35.
