Subsequent to the changes published previously, we have identified two additional changes to the Estates Management record.
Removal of Student headcount health and safety field
To reduce duplication within the record, we will now provide USHA with the data from the Total student headcount (STSHT) field, and remove the Total student headcount health and safety (SBSHTOT) field.
Residences and catering income
Following changes to the Finance collection, catering financial information will be separated from the residential financial information. This will mean the following changes:
- HESA supplied residences and catering income (FIRI) field will be broken down into two fields: HESA supplied residences income field and HESA supplied catering income field.
- HESA supplied residential expenditure (FEREXP) field will be broken down into two fields: HESA supplied residential expenditure field and HESA supplied catering expenditure field.
- HESA supplied residential capital expenditure buildings (FRCEX) field will be broken down into two fields: HESA supplied residential capital expenditure buildings field and HESA supplied catering capital expenditure building field.
