It is recognised that not all institutions will have wholly overseas provision to report. Institutions with no wholly overseas provision should therefore make a Nil return.

The Nil returns sign-off slip is available for download from the HESA Aggregate overseas record Downloadable files section.

Nil returns sign-off slips must be returned to HESA by 30 September 2008.
