Notes |
The Skills Funding Agency (SFA) holds Co-financing Organisation status for European Social Fund (ESF) funding on behalf of the both itself and the Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA). The implied rate of Skills Funding Agency (SFA) FE funding must be entered in this field for European Social Fund (ESF) funded provision that is not co-financed. The implied rate of SFA FE funding is the inverse of the ESF intervention rate, that is: Implied rate of SFA FE funding = 100 - ESF intervention rate For example if the ESF intervention rate is 45% the implied rate of SFA FE funding is 55%. The valid entry would be 055. Where no ESF funding is indicated, this field should return 000. The length of this field is 3 characters, however the move to XML enables data to be returned with or without leading zeros, e.g. 003 or 3. |
