Institutions are advised that this field will be discontinued from 2012/13, but will remain optional for 2011/12. Code 28 should be used if the learner is in receipt of Working Tax Credit and is eligible for fee remission as defined in FE Funding Guidance 2003/04. Not applicable to economic cost recovery fees. For 2011/12, institutions should use code '13 Fees waived - other funding' for students whose fees are waived and are in receipt of Employment and Support Allowance. |
