This release of the coding manual incorporates the following notable changes since version 1.2.

Schema changes

• AcademicCostCentres.ACCENTRE
  Valid entry 999 'Cost centre not assignable' has been removed, as this entry is not valid in the corresponding field in the Staff record.

Addition of documentation

• COMMIT-stage validation
  

  The first release of the COMMIT-stage validation document has been added under 'Data Collection'.

• Coding manual release schedule
  

  This document has been revised to incorporate an additional planned release in February of Year 2, bringing the release of timescales, FAQs and derived field specifications forward from April of that year.
