This response should relate to the HE leaver's overall HE experience, rather than just their most recent HE experience.

Code 6 'Unable to code' must be used when code 03 'Telephone survey: third party', 05 'HEP's student record', 06 'HEP third party', 07 'Deceased', or code 08 'Reply received explicitly refusing to provide information' is returned in Student.STATUS, or if the HE leaver ticks more than one box.

When code 02 'Telephone survey: HE leaver' is returned in Student.STATUS and it is not possible for codes 1-5 to be used from the response to Student.HESTUDYEXP, code 6 'Unable to code' must be used.
