In 2012/13 Instance.FROUTARR was only completed if more than 50% of the learning aim was delivered by a partner institution. For 2013/14, this field must be completed if any proportion of the learning aim is delivered by a partner institution. This applies to continuing learning aims from 2012/13. If the learning aim is subcontracted to more than one provider then the one who delivers the greatest proportion of the aim should be recorded. If the training is sub-contracted more than once (subject to approval by the funding agency) then the UKPRN of the institution which is actually delivering the training should be recorded. A valid UKPRN as defined in the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP) is 8 digits in the format 10000000 - 99999999, which can be found at www.ukrlp.co.uk. |
