Collected for all LearnerEmploymentStatus.EmploymentStatusMonitoring records, except when code 98 'Not known/not provided' is returned in EmploymentStatusMonitoring.EMPSTAT. For EFA funded learners, only the Employment intensity indicator must be completed.
