14032 HE-BCI Survey Part B (xlsx) (Non-functional) 1.0 The 14032 HE-BCI Survey Part B non-functional template has been added under the 'Downloadable files' section.
The following changes have been made since 2013/14:
  • Validation rule 1004 amended to prevent the return of negative numbers.
  • New validation rules 32064 to 32075 added to Table 1.
  • New validation rules 32076 to 32099 and 32111 added to Table 2.
  • New validation rules 32109 and 32110 added to Table 4.
Coverage of the record 1.1 Guidance has been amended to include demonstrative flowcharts to illustrate whether different categories of income can be returned and which tables that they should be attributed to.
HE-BCI Survey Table 1 - Research related activities 1.1 All references to the 'Technology Strategy Board (TSB)' have been replaced with 'Innovate UK' to reflect the name change of this organisation.
Quick start guide 1.1 All references to the former access control methodology for the Data collection system have been updated.
