This change removes a constraint from the schema, which enforced the uniqueness of the combination of Instance.COURSEID and Instance.COMDATE across all Instances for each Student. This constraint is intended to be reinserted in a future collection, but has been removed until the reasons for the behaviour it is designed to prevent are more fully understood. There is no impact on the structure or valid entries permitted by the schema, and therefore no need to perform any local update to consume this schema unless providers wish to do so.
