Version 1.3 Produced 2015-06-25
This is the version 1.3 release of the 2014/15 Aggregate offshore manual, including the following changes:
Addition of documentation
- Release of the Check documentation, template added under the 'Submission process and quality assurance' section.
- Release of the Check documentation guide, added under the 'Submission process and quality assurance' section to aid providers with using the Check documentation.
- Release of the Derived field specifications, added under the 'Data specification' section.
Validation changes
The following changes have been made to Exception stage validation rules:
- Provision.TYPE.Exception.3 updated to amend wording of rule to clarify that the sum of headcount should be by country.
- Provision.COUNTRY.Exception.1 updated to exclude distance learning students (Provision.TYPE = 3).
- Provision.COUNTRY.Exception.2 updated to exclude distance learning students (Provision.TYPE = 3).
Guidance changes
- All references to the former access control methodology for the Data Collection System have been updated in the Quick start guide.
