Code 027 QTS Award only is applicable to institutions that have School Direct trainees for whom there is no academic award, but there is an award of Qualified Teacher Status. This code should only be used for learners on a School Direct Training Programme (Student.TTCID code G). Code 029 QTS Assessment only is applicable to institutions that have been accredited to provide 'Assessment only' courses. Codes 032 - 034 are only applicable to institutions offering Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) leading to the award of Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). Such students must be coded as Q 'Early Years Initial Teacher Training' in Student.TTCID. Further guidance on the coding requirements for those on EYITT programmes may be found in the 'Further guidance about Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) programmes' document. |
