HE expected instance population
The HE expected instance population download is a list of students for whom a record is expected in the 2016/17 return. The list consists of HE level records that have been returned as 'live' in 2015/16.
This file is available as an XML file or as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file.

PGR collaborative students transferred in expected instance population
The ‘PGR collaborative students transferred in expected instance population’ download is a list of PGR students identified as transferring to your organisation as part of a sequential collaborative arrangement with other HE providers.
The file is available as an XML file or as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file, or as a ZIP containing both files.
Note: The data in these fields has been completed by a collaborating HE provider, and supplied as part of their 2015/16 Student record return.
