Version 1.0 Produced 2016-05-06
The document below is designed to guide providers through the stages of data submission for the purpose of generating files about Apprenticeship Standards students for submission to the SFA. The files are submitted to the SFA on a monthly basis, and do not replace the need for providers to submit retrospective, end-of-reporting year data to HESA as normal. Further guidance on Apprenticeship Standards in the HESA Student record may be found here.
