This field occurs as a combination with Instance.COLTODATE and code 12 in Instance.RSNEND. This field must contain the UKPRN of a provider who is required to return the HESA Student record. Where a student transfers to a provider outside of the constituency for the HESA Student record, the concurrent approach must be used. Please see the 'Further guidance' page for details. |
