Students at providers in England where Institution.ILRGEN = 1 and any (Instance.PROGTYPE = 25 or Instance.FUNDMODEL = 36).

If the student has not indicated any contact restrictions then this entity must not be returned.

For each contact preference type recorded (ContactPreference.CONTPREFTYPE), there can be one or more contact preference codes (ContactPreference.CONTPREFCODE) recorded.

For example: A student who has indicated that they do not wish to be contacted about courses or learning opportunities and who does not wish to be contacted by post or phone, would return the combinations RUI1, PMC1 and PMC2.

The contact preferences indicated here do not apply in the following circumstances:

• Where providers have to contact students to collect destination and progression data, except where RUI 4 or 5 have been recorded.
• As part of the ESF 2014 to 2020 Programme. ESF funded learners and Adult skills funded learners (including 16-18 apprentices) who could be used as a match may be contacted as part of a sampled survey to inform the effectiveness of the programme.
