Student.ENTRYRTE 1.0 The following valid entries have removed from the Entry Route field due to the removal of EYITT from the coverage of the record: 04 EYITT Graduate Entry, 05 EYITT Graduate employment-based, 06 EYITT Undergraduate Entry, 07 EYITT Assessment Only, 08 EYITT School Direct. The following valid entry 09, Undergraduate Opt-in has been added.
Student.FUNDCODE 1.0 Reference to EYITT in the Notes section has been removed as these courses are being submitted directly to the NCTL.
Student.INITIATIVES 1.0 Valid entry R, 'Undergraduate Opt-in', has been removed. Also, the field length has been increased to allow two characters for future expansion.
Student.ITTAIM 1.0 Valid entry 203, 'Professional status by assessment only route', has been removed, assessment only routes should only be returned to the NCTL directly, not through the HESA ITT Collection.
Student.ITTPHSC 1.0 The following valid entry has been removed 84, Ages 0-5 (Early Years).
Student.NQTEMAIL 1.0 Coverage statement amended to make this field compulsory to 'All Students'. Also, the guidance in the Notes section, has been revised to describe that the NCTL will need a valid email address to enable Newly-Qualified Teachers to access their QTS certificate online.
