A restriction is first applied to limit the bandings to an analysis population of undergraduates with a highest qualification on entry at Level 3 of the NVQ HE framework; all other instances derive to 'NA'.

Technical Specification

The Student and Student Alternative records differ in their coverage of qualifications on entry, with the Student Alternative record using a smaller subset of the codes used in Student. The technical specification for this field is therefore expressed on a per-collection basis.
