This field must contain a valid Course.COURSEID from the HESA Student record or AP Student Record for the HESACourse.HESAYEAR. Validation will check that the HESACourse.HESACOURSEID recorded in this field exists in the C14051, C15051 and C16051 Student and C14054, C15054 and C16054 AP student records. The same HESACourseID can be linked to multiple KIS courses and validation will not prevent this. HESACourse.HESACOURSEID and ILRAims.ILRAIMID should only be used to link to courses that are the embodiment, on the HESA/ILR records, of the course for which a Unistats is being produced. It would be misleading to applicants if other courses were included, as this could lead to a belief that they were viewing course level data, when they were looking at data relating to a group of courses. |
