This entity records information about course accreditation.

All KISCourses where applicable.

This entity records the professional accreditations for the course.

In all cases the accrediting body and the type of accreditation awarded should be recorded in Accreditation.ACCTYPE.

This entity must not be reported for courses that do not have professional accreditation. If an accreditation has not yet been granted, it should not be included.

The XML structure allows for up to 10 accreditations to be recorded for a single KISCourse.

If accreditation is at the institution rather than course level, provided accreditation applies to all courses offered by the provider it should be recorded on every Unistats.

Any accreditation that a course currently has that will potentially apply to 2022/23 entrants should be included in the Unistats, even if the accreditation will need renewal. An existing accreditation should only be excluded if it will expire and there are no plans to renew it.
