| Notes | The COURSEID is defined by the submitting provider and must be unique. Providers should keep identifiers consistent across collections wherever possible. If identifiers do need to be changed, this cannot be done if the Course has been associated with a student in any of the previous three collections. This includes where a dormant student was associated with the Course before going dormant, even if they were not returned since becoming dormant. I.e. the ID can only be changed three reference periods after all associated Engagements have been closed. |
