Code 04 Fee eligibility not assessed should be returned where every student pays the same fee, i.e. there is no differentiation based on a student's circumstances. This code can also be used for incoming exchange students.


For courses that charge different fees for students based on their permanent home address, 01, 02 or 03 should be returned as appropriate based on the individual student's fee status.
