| Notes | This field record the module identifier used to identify a module and must be unique. Providers should keep identifiers consistent across collections wherever possible. If identifiers do need to be changed, this cannot be done if the Module has been associated with a student in any of the previous three collections. This includes where a dormant student was associated with the Module before going dormant, even if they were not returned since becoming dormant. I.e. the ID can only be changed three reference periods after all associated Engagements have been closed. |
