As part of their latest data submission, HE providers are able to restate previous year's figures. In this table, previous year's figures are based on restated figures (so the 2018/19 figures are taken from the 2019/20 return; the 2017/18 figures are from the 2018/19 return and so on).

As part of the most recent data submission, HE providers are able to restate some of the previous year's figures. So, for example, the 2017/18 submission includes restated figures for 2016/17. The notes under each table or chart record whether restated figures are used or not.
