The following fields will be removed from the Estates Management record for 21/22 as UK providers are now not able to participate in the EU Emissions Trading Scheme following the UK withdrawl from the European Union.

ETSCABAL - EU Emissions Trading Scheme carbon allowance
ETSCCABS - EU Emissions Trading Scheme carbon allowance bought or sold
ETSCOST - EU Emissions Trading Scheme cost
