HESA is proud to announce the completion of a key milestone in the Graduate Outcomes programme – the launch of the provider portal.
At the core of the programme is the supply and maintenance of comprehensive and accurate contact details for graduates. We needed a robust and user-friendly system to enable this and guide HE providers through processes to meet deadlines outlined in the implementation plan.
Following months of careful planning and testing, HESA is delighted to announce the launch of the provider portal for the first Graduate Outcomes survey collection 2017/18. The portal was built in-house by HESA’s expert development team.
The portal allows providers to access the Graduate Outcomes population file, personalise the survey for their institution, select opt-in question banks and, most importantly, provide the contact details for us to contact their graduates.
Now that the provider portal is available, we’re encouraging Graduate Outcomes record contacts to log in and get familiar with the main areas, especially where actions are required.
Over the last year we have supplied a range of guides, webinars and support material to help staff at HE providers prepare for using the new portal. Supporting HE providers to complete the required actions is a key focus of the programme. Further material is available on the HESA website and in the portal itself which set out the next steps that providers need to take.
