HESA closures over Christmas and New Year
HESA will be closed from 24 December to 2 January. As part of HESA's enhanced information security processes, several systems and services that process personal data will be unavailable during this time.
Our Liaison, Training and Customer Success teams will not be available over the holiday period.
The following HESA systems and services will also be unavailable from 15:00 on Monday 24 December 2018:
- Heidi Plus
- Data Collection
- File Transfer System (for custom data extracts)
These systems and services will be back online at 09:00 on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these closures, which are necessary to ensure information security over the holiday period, and wish everyone a happy and peaceful Christmas and New year.
