Scope 1 and 2 carbon emission baseline

For the years 2012/13 to 2018/19 Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine stated Total scope 1 and 2 emission baseline for 2005 as 83,228,000.000. This field was returned in kilograms CO2e instead of in tonnes CO2e.The figure should have been 83,228.000 tonnes CO2e.

Waste (2014/15 to 2016/17)

Plymouth College of Art submitted incorrect figures for 4 waste fields in the Estates management return in 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17 due to their waste provider supplying them grossly incorrect estimated figures based on overall lorry capacity, rather than kg per bin. Revised estimated figures based on average kg per bin have been supplied to replace this data as per the table below.

Taught masters - Aggregate Offshore - 2014/15

In 2014/15 the University of London returned approximately 2,680 taught masters students in the Aggregate Offshore Record in error. These students were studying with The School of Oriental and African Studies who also returned data about these students.

Finance Record (2014/15 to 2016/17)

The Finance record is constructed each year to the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP). A fundamental review of the Finance record was completed in 2014, with the resulting changes implemented in a new specification for the 2015/16 collection, taking into consideration the changes from the implementation of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) 102.

Natural Gas Consumption (2013/14 - 2016/17)

Prior to 2016/17, Harper Adams University included the value of EECNGSEX - Energy consumption natural gas excluding that used as input for a CHP unit as part of the value of EECCNGAS - Energy consumption compressed natural gas. As such EECNGSEX is incorrectly shown as 0 and values for EECCNGAS have been over-reported.

Teaching NIA total 2014/15

University of Wales Trinity Saint David have informed us that space had been inadvertently mis-labelled in 2014/15 for Teaching NIA total. The corrections is as follows: 35680.6

University of Wales Trinity Saint David have informed us that space had been inadvertently mis-labelled in 2014/15 for Teaching not offices NIA. The correction is as follows: 28,324.5

Non-residential insurance premiums, contributions and replacement value (2014/15)

In 2014/15, Plymouth College of Art incorrectly reported both their (FNRIPCO) Non-residential insurance premiums and contributions and (BNRIRV) Non-residential insurance replacement value. The correct values should be £25,842 and £60,519,089 respectively.

Atypical staff FTE (2014/15)

In 2014/15 The University of Southampton over-reported their atypical staff FTE by approximately 30 and fixed term teaching staff FTE by approximately 10.
