COMMIT-stage validation

COMMIT-stage validation checks are only run once a COMMIT request has been received from the institution by the data collection system. These checks can only operate within a database-type environment and, therefore, cannot be included in the submission-level validation kits.

11025017 The sum of the CONFTE for all contracts should not be more than 200% for any one individual
11025018 Incorrect INSTID in Person data
11025036 If the member of staff has left the HEI (i.e. DATELEFT not set to 9999-12-31), then all the standard contract records (i.e. TERMS not set to 3) for this person must have ended (i.e. ENDCON not set to 9999-12-31)
