For leavers in part-time employment in the UK, Channel islands or Isle of Man, Employment.EMPPAY should not be less than a calculated value of Employment.EMPHOURS multiplied by the minimum wage (£6.70) for the Employment.EMPPAYPERIOD.

This rule relates to Q.6, Q.7, Q.8, Q.9 and Q.13. The calculated value is based on Employment.EMPHOURS multiplied by 6.70 (minimum wage) multiplied by a value representing the leavers Employment.EMPPAYPERIOD e.g. For an annual pay amount working 12 hours a week, ((12 * 6.70) * 52).
