Version 1.6 Produced 2014-04-14
This is version 1.6 of the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education record coding manual, which incorporates the following changes made since version 1.5:
Schema changes
- The labels for Employment.EMPCOUNTRY valid entries BO, LY and VE have been changed to reflect the differences (or lack of) in labels between the ISO-3166-1 standard and the National Statistics Country Classification (NSCC). Where the label differs from the NSCC, the ISO-3166-1 label is given in square brackets.
Validation

COMMIT-stage rules
Amendments to existing rules: Employment.SALARY.Exception.2 updated to clarify that the rule applies where there is no occurrence of Employment.ALLACT=2 or PTHOURS does not exist.
Student.STATUS.Exception.1 updated to clarify that the rule refers to the records that have been returned.
Edited 2014-05-12: The File structures for downloadable files - SIC data supply has been updated for the third party supplied field ZNOEMPBAND. The valid entries and labels have been updated to reflect what will be supplied in 2012/13.
