This field records the factor used to adjust the funding to which the learner is entitled for this aim.
Instances at providers in England where Instance.FESTUMK = 1, 3, 4 or 5 and Instance.REDUCEDI = 00 or 01 and ((Instance.AIMTYPE = 4 and LearningDeliveryFAM.LEARNDELFAMTYPE = ADL) or (Instance.AIMTYPE = 1, 3 or 4 and Instance.FUNDMODEL = 35 or 81)).
If no adjustment to the funding of this learning aim is required, this field must not be returned.
This field should only be completed with the amount required to increase or decrease the funding for this learning aim, for reasons other than prior learning, if requested by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) will inform providers of the factor to be used in this field if required.
This field may be required for some learning aims that are funded by Other ESFA funding.
A three digit number in range 0 to 999 should be returned.
For learners who start a traineeship programme from 1 August 2015, if a funding adjustment is required to the single traineeships programme rate, then this field should be completed on the programme aim (Instance.AIMTYPE = 1 ).
If a funding adjustment is required to the English, maths or flexible element aims, then this field should be completed on the relevant component aims (Instance.AIMTYPE = 3).
This field should be recorded where applicable for English and maths aims that are part of a Apprenticeship Standard programme. This field is not completed on the Apprenticeship Standard programme aim.
