Operational function
If you hold a relevant IDS role we will always send you the HESA weekly update email where this contains information necessary for the administration of the data collection process that you are involved in. The ‘update your subscription preference’ link will not cancel emails that are necessary for any operational purpose.
You will not receive the newsletter on a given week if there is no content applicable to your IDS role and associated collection/s.
However, you can opt in to receive the newsletter in those weeks it is not applicable to your IDS role. Signing up for those ‘non-operational’ updates will mean you can update your subscription preference in future.
