Version 1.0 Produced 2014-06-30
The tables contain the base fields from the C13025 submission prefixed with the appropriate entity; Person, Contract and Activity. The field names for each table are also available to download into Excel ready for use in creating pivot tables. The HESA website provides guidance on creating and using pivot tables.
Staff eligible for REF
Staff holding academic contracts for which the academic employment function is recorded as 'research' or 'teaching & research' AND Staff holding contracts that were active on the REF census date of 31 October 2013 AND Staff who were not recorded as research assistants AND Staff who's scaled 'full-year' FTE is 0.2 or greater (to align with the REF 2014 eligibility criterion).
