Version 1.3 Produced 2015-11-04

This is the version 1.3 release of the 2014/15 FSR record, which includes the following changes:

Addition of documentation

• The C14031 FSR template (xlsx) has been added under the 'Downloadable files' section.
• The Derived field specifications have been added under the 'Downloadable files' section.
• The Check documentation and Check documentation guide have been added under the 'Submission process and quality assurance' section.
• The Quality rules have been added under the 'Submission process and quality assurance' section, describing the validation which enforces the quality of the submitted data.

Full details of all changes made to the manual since the 1.2 release may be found in the Revision history against documentation version 1.3.
