New field requirement for institutions in Wales

StudentOnModule.MODCOUNT. A new field on the StudentOnModule entity indicating if the module is countable in the academic year under HEFCW HESES/EYM rules.

2 Module countable

Welsh for Adults campus information

To collect Welsh for Adults campus information Instance.INSTCAMP has been increased to to an 8 character field length to allow the return of the postcode of the venue. Where the venue changes during the course, guidance is to use the postcode where the majority of the course has taken place.

The level of the course is collected via Course.COURSEAIM.
