Information about restrictions on the use of the student's record should be captured using the opt-in questions detailed in Appendix F of the ILR. All students must see the Privacy Notice which informs them about how their data will be used. The Privacy Notice can be found in Appendix F. It is important that this field is returned in accordance with the student's wishes and with their input. It should not be completed systematically by providers. |
